At Stericycle, I designed a comprehensive set of visual assets for the company’s annual Open Enrollment period, which reached thousands of employees across different departments. My focus was on making complex benefits information clear and easy to navigate while ensuring accessibility for a diverse audience. I maintained consistency by aligning all designs with Stericycle’s brand standards and visual identity, while also introducing engaging layouts and visuals to improve readability. The campaign was completed under tight deadlines and required close collaboration with HR and internal communications teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
